Their Photographer Became Unavailable

Engagement Session at Erlanger Garden.

What a lucky break when I got a phone call from a frazzled young woman asking if I was available for an engagement shoot at Monmouth University’s Erlanger Garden the following weekend. YES! I was available to do an engagement sessions at one of my favorite places to take photographs, the light is always somehow totally surprising, somehow amazing, no matter cloudy or sunny, rainy or cold, the marble walls makes for wonderful ambient soft bounced daylight.

I couldn’t have been more pleased to be the replacement photographer! She told me she was wearing a pink mermaid gown, he was wearing a grey suit and to top it all off at Monmouth U’s Erlanger Garden!

A delightful couple who are so comfortable together.

Luis & Irys were up from Florida, visiting their families in Jersey. Irys is a graduate of MU and always dreamed of her engagement photos at Monmouth U. The day was a bit cold and rainy but the session was lovely and a success.
